Activity 4. Production and dissemination of materials, evaluation and project closure.

Purposes:

  1. To demonstrate the experiences of students in the project through graphs and printed materials to the school community.
  2. Sensitize the local community about the importance of protecting and preserving the environment as well as the suggestion to make sustainable use of region natural resources.
  3. Final test

Materials:

  • Projector digital images and videos.
  • Place for the exhibition of all materials created as part of the project.

Display works and farewell

With all biological and / or ecological data obtained during the previous stages, the teams can make brochures informative, photographic exhibitions and exhibition of collages and posters –print or digital-; Reports of audio, video or multimedia of all activities performed during the project.

Look for recycled materials for all your works and exhibitions and share them in a creative and less polluting way through the use of ICT.

Closing Ceremony

Exhibition of all the materials generated in the project. In this activity, the action plan and the results are presented with the theme of the environmental problems of the community.

The group teacher calls the educational community to the closing ceremony to show the different works carried out in the project, with the purpose of reflecting on the environmental problems of the community, become aware and participate in the Action Plan in favor of the Local environment.

During the event, dissemination materials are distributed about the care and preservation of the environment that they have elaborated; and motivate other members of their community to form local conservation groups and participate in joint actions to protect the environment.

Audio or video message, farewell and final test

Finally, recover the experience in the closing ceremony on their mobile devices: (cell phone, tablet or iPad) and record an audio or video message that encourages all community participants to take actions that leave an ecological footprint in their community.

*If it is possible, make a real-time chat between the participants to present their evidences of the project, as well as a final reflection and a goodbye greeting from the students at a distance.

Send your farewell message and share all the evidences made through your Blog and the Facebook Profile of the project. By last, each student, in individual way answer the final test.
